2011 Anthony Award Nominees Announced

and the nominees are . . . 


The awards are named after Anthony Boucher, a book reviewer and early champion of the mystery genre.

Attendees will vote for this year’s winners at the 2011 Bouchercon World Mystery Convention in St. Louis (Sep 15 – 18). 

The winners will be announced at the awards brunch on September 18th.

If i may honey, about Anthony Boucher! He was more than a reviewer (note i didn't say "just a...") but was the quintessential genre fan. Reviewer, author (as H H Holmes), radio playwright, editor, (co-founder of the best science fiction magazine out there) and a great fan and enthusiast.
